UNIT I VEHICLE STRUCTURE AND ENGINES 



CONTENTS:


  • Types of automobiles, 
  • vehicle construction and different layouts, 
  • chassis, frame and body, 
  • Vehicle aerodynamics (various resistances and moments involved), 
  • IC engines –components, functions and materials, 
  • variable valve timing (VVT).




First of all the we are discussing about overall introduction of an Automobile Engineering. This content consists of types of Automobiles and how does it constructed and different layout of the vehicle is given.
