1.Campus Placement

If you don’t have any intentions of higher studies such as ME, M.Tech, MBA,MS.If campus drive is not in your college, make your own by attend off campus during final semester or after completion of your degree. But you should recruited by the recruiters, at least a small scale industry / Company or software solutions corresponding with your stream of degree, with minimum salary of 8000-10000  higher post such as Plant Engineer, Plant supervisor, Maintenance Engineer, Software Engineer, Project Engineer, quality Engineer, Project Executive, Assistant Engineer by the company. This is the safer zone to work. 

Don’t think about salary. First of all you should know about the roles, responsibilities, what are things have to be done advised by the Chief Engineer and development of the company. Try to give more effort and Keep this job for at least one year. After one year  you can search your  relevant job without resigning your previous job. Now you are experienced candidate. This is one of the advantage for recruiting Large scale or in best industry/company. This is the only way to grow up yourself by an Engineer if you didn’t placed large scale industries Energy sectors, Constructions and many industries/factories TCS,WIPRO,HCL,CTS,L&T,TVS,NISSAN,FORD,etc.

2.Go for M.Tech/ME Degree

This is the one of the good opportunity after completed your BE/B.Tech degree not for all degree holders.  If you are studied well in 8 semesters with more than 8 CGPA or 80% without no history of arrears in UG. You are something have knowledge about your major in UG. So you can study ME/M.Tech. But you should write an entrance exams like GATE (Graduate Aptidute Test in Engineering, 6-8 months preparation required). If you are become a GATE scorer you will study top most colleges like IIT,NIT and the beat institutions of  anywhere in India with 8000-10000 stipend .If you fails in GATE try to write TANCET,IEEE or state board entrance exams for higher studies you will be study Government colleges.

 If you are Mechanical Engineering student you can choose Thermal Engineering, Energy Engineering, Engineering Design, Automobile will be the great future for you. If you are Civil Engineering student you can choose Structural Engineering, Construction Engineering, etc. These two (Mechanical and Civil) are always gives opportunities to work in Engineering colleges with maximum salary of 30,000-40,000 INR as Assistant Professor. You are settled your life at the young age of 25.

3.Prepare for Civil Services Examinations

Everyone likes to get government or central jobs. Now lot of job vacancies opening all over India by the State Government. If you want to work in Government / Central sector you must spend your time to study as per the syllabus given by the public service commission or UPSC. For that you can choose best IAS academy in your nearby areas and spend your valuable time with more interest. Try and Try surely you can get your required job in Government/Central sectors. Practice only required by solving many model questions (10 questions) previously asked by them.

4.Go for Short term Courses:

Now a days many degree holders are going to get knowledge about short term courses such as Non Destructive testing (NDT) to become Quality Engineer, Industrial Safety courses to become safety Engineer,, Graduate in Marine Engineering (GME-one year course) and Auto CAD, SolidWorks, ProE, CAtia, NX CAD, Ansys (MECH- To become Design Engineer) Revit,CAD, (CIVIL), Animation ,Games Development courses, Web designing, Grahics designing ,etc (ECE,CSE and IT). Search through the Internet for the above mentioned certificate courses and spend your valuable time for it.

5.Go for Start your own business:

If you are economically rich, you can start own business which should be relevant your field. If you are Mechanical Engineering student start renewable  Energy related business, Recycling of plastics, paper, Cloth, Paper cup machineries and many other business is there and choose the business which is suitable for you and consider all the factors (Loan, Approval procedure, Place, Marketing, future about your product, labors, etc )while going to start own business. If you are Civil Engineering student you can build homes, hotels, etc and sales it with 20 % profits with your investment. For CSE& IT, you can start computer coaching centers. For EEE, you can start power saving business, UPS services, etc. For ECE, you can start own home appliances sales, Electronics service centers. For Automobile, you can start large workshop to repairing cars, bikes and any other vehicles. If you are economically middle class you can start small scale businesses with loan provided by the Government.
